- For stalking, harassment, espionage, or secret surveillance
- On a device you are not authorized to manage
- In any fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful way
4. Accounts
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate account information
- Keeping your login credentials secure
- All activity under your account
- Ensuring child profiles and device enrollments are lawful and accurate
Notify us promptly at support@shhsafe.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
5. Subscription, trial, and billing
ShhSafe may offer a free trial and paid subscription plans.
If a free trial is offered, the trial begins when the first eligible child device is successfully paired, unless stated otherwise on the pricing page.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis unless canceled before renewal. You authorize us and our payment processor to charge applicable subscription fees and taxes.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Unless otherwise stated, cancellation stops future renewals but does not retroactively reverse charges already billed for the current billing period.

8. Suspension or termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to ShhSafe if:
- You violate these Terms
- Your use creates legal, security, or operational risk
- Payment is overdue or fails

10. Disclaimers
ShhSafe is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that the service will prevent every safety event, device issue, or harmful interaction.
11. Limitation of liability
